First annual lecture was instituted in our hospital on 15.11.1992 by Dr. M.Ramaswamy, our Medical Advisor and Former Trustee of Coimbatore Masonic Charity Trust to honour Prof. Arnold H. Einhorn’s educational and clinical contributions . The primary objective of the oration is to bring the most recent and relevant knowledge in Paediatric medicine to the Child Health Care Practitioners in and around Coimbatore. and the eminent medical professional who renders distinguished service to the society is being honoured in the oration.
Prof.Dr.Arnold H. Einhorn is an astute Pediatrician of exceptional wisdom, a doyen among the Pediatricians of North America and a gifted teacher who had trained literally 1000 Pediatricians , spread over all four continents.
This year our hospital conducted Prof.Dr.Arnold H.Einhorn’s Endowment oration (XXVI in this series) on 6.1.2023 at our Auditorium. Dr.R.Krishnaswami, Chief Paediatrician gave the welcome address and eminent Paediatrician Dr. Nandhini Kumaran briefed about Prof. Arnold H. Einhorn. Distinguished Paediatrician Dr.Usha llango introduced the Guest Orator.
Dr.KEZEVINO ARAM, President,Shanthi Ashram, Kovaipudhur, Coimbatore was honoured with Medailion and Scroll of Honour by our Policy Advisor and Former Trustee Dr.M.Ramaswamy. Oration on ‘Implementation Science of Preventive Paediatric Care’ was given by Dr.Kezevino Aram. Vote of thanks was given by Dr.K.Eswaramoorthy, CEO of Masonic hospital. Trustees,distinguished and eminent Paediatricians in and around Coimbatore attended and graced the programme.
